It is easy to install the extensions when you are using Google Chrome on the desktop. However, the same cannot be said when installing the extensions in Google Chrome for Android devices.

Step 1: Download and install Yandex browser

Open the PlayStore app on your mobile device, then look for Yandex Browser. Download the application, then install it afterward.

Step 2: Open Chrome Webstore

After you have completed the installation of the new browser on your phone, Visit the Chrome webstore and click on Go to full site from the menu.

Step 3: Search and Install extension

Search for the extensions that you want to download. When you’ve found the extensions you want, click “Add to Chrome” Yandex browser will download the file and install it on the browser right away.

Step 4: Access the installed extensionch

To see if the extension was installed successfully, go to Yandex’s settings and click on extensions. Here you will find a list of installed extensions.

Just like Yandex, Kiwi Browser is also an open-source Chromium-based browser and supports Chrome extensions on Android devices. The extension’s installation instructions are the same as the ones for Yandex Browser.

Please don’t expect that you will install all available extensions in the Chrome webstore, though. This is because there is a difference between browsers for PCs and browsers for smartphones.
